Best TH13 Base Overall 2026 -- Four-Hero All-Around Defense

TH13 introduces the fourth defending hero, completing the full hero roster. An overall TH13 base uses all four heroes as the foundation of a multi-mode defensive system -- spreading them across quadrants benefits war defense (forcing four separate surgical strikes), farming defense (hero interception in resource quadrants), and trophy defense (heroes engaging trophy attackers from every approach direction) simultaneously.

Four-Hero Quadrant Spread

One hero per quadrant creates a base where every approach direction faces a defending hero. In war, this forces attackers to plan four separate hero kills before deploying the main push. In farming defense, heroes in resource quadrants intercept Queen Walk farming raids from all four sides. In trophy defense, spread heroes guarantee the attacker cannot clear a clean path to the Town Hall from any direction without hero engagement. The same placement serves all three modes with no adjustment needed.

Scattershot Cross-Fire for All Attack Types

Both Scattershots in cross-fire positions on opposite base ends punish air attacks (Dragon Rider), ground attacks (Super Witch Blizzard), and Blizzard spell deployments equally. A Dragon Rider funnel from the east hits the western Scattershot; a Super Witch Blizzard dropped on the north hits the southern Scattershot. Cross-fire is universally effective for all attack types at TH13, making it the ideal configuration for an all-around base.

Deep Core Town Hall at TH13

Four wall layers between the outer perimeter and the Town Hall with four hero compartments in between. Dark Elixir in the absolute core, adjacent to all three Infernos on single mode. Town Hall one ring outside the DE compartment, so war attackers must clear DE defenses before securing the TH star. This deep core protects DE in farming, secures the TH war star, and forces trophy attackers to spend significant troops before completing a 2-star.
