TH17 Super Witch Blizzard reaches maximum power -- the largest Super Witch count (11 to 12 at 360 housing), max-level Pets on all four heroes providing the strongest pre-Blizzard distraction of any TH level, and max Grand Warden ability duration covering the entire Super Witch push. The Skeleton swarm at TH17 with 11 to 12 Super Witches is large enough to overwhelm virtually any TH17 defense configuration when spells are used correctly. The primary challenge remains new TH16 and TH17 defense management (Ricochet Cannon, Monolith, Multi-Archer Tower, plus TH17 additions) with a three-Freeze Spell budget.
Standard TH17 Super Witch Blizzard (360 housing): 11 to 12 Super Witches (88 to 96 housing), 2 Golems (60), Wall Breakers (6), filler. Spells: 1 Blizzard, 2 Rage, 3 Freeze, 1 Skeleton Spell. Clan Castle: Super Witch. All four Pets at max level. Max-level Grand Warden ability at TH17 lasts longer than at TH16, providing additional coverage over the Super Witch push phase. Max Frosty slow aura covers a wider radius, reducing Ricochet Cannon, Monolith, and Multi-Archer Tower fire rates across the entire Super Witch cluster.
Step 1 -- Pre-Blizzard four-hero distraction with max Pets: All four heroes with max-level Pets deploy around the Blizzard target zone. Max Electro Owl RC chains to maximum simultaneous targets. Max L.A.S.S.I. AQ reaches the inner ring rapidly. Max Mighty Yak King charges deal maximum burst damage. How many Super Witches can I fit at TH17?
Eleven to twelve with 360 housing. Twelve Super Witches with two Golems and Wall Breakers fills TH17 housing. Twelve Witches generate the largest Skeleton swarm in the game, replenishing faster than Ricochet Cannon can destroy when not Frozen.
Why is max-level Frosty especially valuable at TH17?
Max Frosty at TH17 has a larger slow radius that covers the full Super Witch cluster rather than just the defenses immediately adjacent to the Warden. This slows Ricochet Cannon, Monolith, and Multi-Archer Tower fire rates across the entire push simultaneously.
Is three Freeze Spells still necessary at TH17?
Yes. TH17 carries all TH16 new defenses (Ricochet Cannon, Monolith, Multi-Archer Tower) plus any additional TH17 defenses. Three Freeze Spells remain the correct allocation for managing all high-priority Super Witch counter defenses.
When should the Grand Warden ability activate at TH17?
Save it for Eagle Artillery burst or for a moment when Ricochet Cannon, Monolith, and a Scattershot all fire on the Super Witch cluster simultaneously. Max-level Warden ability at TH17 provides the longest invincibility window -- use it on the most dangerous multi-defense convergence.
